Explorador Sociable, operated by Explorador LLC. Last updated 1 September 2026.
Explorador Sociable is a social media scheduling tool. You connect the social accounts you already control, write posts, and the tool publishes them at the times you choose. This policy explains what it stores in order to do that, and what it does not.
Explorador LLC, trading as Explorador ATS, operates this service and is the party responsible for the data described here. Questions, requests for a copy of your data, and deletion requests all go to info@exploradorats.com.
| Data | Where it comes from | Why it is needed |
|---|---|---|
| Your name, profile photo and account identifier on each connected network | The network, when you connect an account | To show you which accounts are connected and let you choose between them |
| The identifiers and names of Pages you administer | The network, when you connect an account | To list the Pages you can publish to |
| Access tokens | The network, at the end of the sign-in flow | To publish on your behalf. Without these the service cannot post at all |
| Posts you write, images you upload, and their scheduled times | You | To publish them, and to show you what published and what failed |
| A record of each publish attempt and its result | Generated by the service | To retry failures and show you why something did not post |
Nothing else is collected. The service does not read your feed, your messages, your connections, or anyone else's posts. It does not build a profile of you and it does not track you across other websites.
When you connect a LinkedIn or Facebook account, the service receives only the data covered by the permissions shown to you on the consent screen. It is used solely to operate the features you asked for — listing your accounts and publishing your posts — and for nothing else.
Data obtained from LinkedIn is handled in line with LinkedIn's API terms and data storage requirements. Data obtained from Meta is handled in line with Meta's Platform Terms. In particular, this data is never sold, never used for advertising or profiling, and never passed to any third party for their own purposes.
Nobody. Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own use. It is transmitted only to the social network you are publishing to, and only for the purpose of publishing what you asked to publish.
The service runs on infrastructure provided by DigitalOcean, which hosts the server and therefore stores this data at rest on our behalf. They process it only as our hosting provider.
Access tokens and platform credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-based Fernet encryption; the key is held separately from the database and is never stored alongside it. All traffic to the service runs over HTTPS. Access to the application requires a password, and the site is not open for public sign-up.
No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority as required by law.
Access tokens are kept until you disconnect the account or the token expires, whichever comes first. Disconnecting an account in the app deletes its tokens immediately. Posts and their publishing history are kept while your account is active, so that your calendar and history stay intact.
If you stop using the service and ask us to, everything belonging to you is deleted within 30 days.
One cookie is set, and only after you sign in: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.
This is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting how your data is used will be communicated to account holders directly.
